As my sophomore year in college is coming to a close, I am excited to post my final production from my Video Production 2 class. This short film has consumed most of my life for the past 4-5 weeks. With over 70 hours of planning, filming, and editing put into this project, I am pleased to present "The Swing of the Pendulum." This short story was written by a friend of mine Isaiah Kazarovich. You can check out his video blog that he made during the production of this film. With a very minimal budget, I am very pleased as to how this film turned out. Enjoy!
This commercial was filmed under the direction of a fellow classmate David Hilarides. For this class assignment, we were required to pair up with a classmate and one person would give a commercial idea to the other and vice versa. Then, each student would shoot and edit a commercial based on the idea of the other student, while also producing a version of their own idea. I produced an Apple commercial, and David thought of a Jack Link's Beef Jerky commercial. This commercial was extremely fun to film.
